What are the costs?

With Mobile Message, most businesses only pay for one thing: outgoing SMS messages [SMS pricing explained].

There are no monthly fees, setup fees, access fees, or minimum monthly spend. Inbound messages and replies are free, so you are not charged when customers reply to your messages. We also include a free dedicated number with your account, which is enough for most businesses.

SMS credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace without worrying about losing unused credits.

The only additional cost that may apply is if you need more than one dedicated number. This is optional, and most businesses never need an extra number.
