While the platform is designed to make importing contacts straightforward, we understand that working with spreadsheets and data can sometimes be tricky. If you’re having trouble, you’re welcome to send your contacts to us and we can take care of the import for you.

Simply email your spreadsheet to hello@mobilemessage.com.au. Please include your account details and let us know whether you’d like the contacts saved as a new list or added to an existing list in your account.
