Refunds for Unused Credits

Refund policy

Refunds are available for unused SMS credits that were purchased within the last 6 months. Only unused credits are eligible — credits that have already been used to send messages cannot be refunded.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your account details so we can locate your account quickly

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed back to the credit card most recently used to make a payment on your account.

Once approved, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement due to bank processing times.
