Payment Methods

Most customers pay using a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed instantly, and there are no card processing fees charged by Mobile Message.

If your business is unable to pay by card, you can request to pay by bank transfer (EFT) directly when purchasing credits. This option is available for purchases of 10,000 SMS credits or more. When you select a qualifying amount at checkout, a Pay by bank transfer option will appear. Once selected, an invoice with bank details will be emailed to you. Credits are added to your account once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
