Most customers pay using a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed instantly, and there are no card processing fees charged by Mobile Message.
If your business is unable to pay by card, we can issue an invoice for payment by EFT. This option is available for purchases of 10,000 SMS credits or more. Credits are added to your account once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
To request an invoice, please email hello@mobilemessage.com.au and let us know the number of credits you would like to purchase.
