Why was my payment declined?

Card payments can be declined for a few different reasons.

The first thing to check is with your bank. Make sure there are sufficient funds available and that the bank has not blocked the transaction for any reason, such as fraud prevention or spending limits.

To protect the Mobile Message platform from abuse, we also block certain types of cards. Cards issued by international banks and pre-paid cards are not accepted by default. These restrictions help us reduce fraud and keep the service reliable for all customers.

If you have a genuine need to use an international or pre-paid card and do not have another card available, please contact our support team. We can review this with you and advise on the best way to proceed.
