Can I get a better price?

This is a question we’re asked a lot, and it’s completely understandable.

Mobile Message is priced to be competitive from the start. Our advertised prices are already very low, and they apply to everyone without needing to ask. We don’t reserve our best pricing for special cases. All businesses and organisations pay the same rates, including not-for-profits, charities, start-ups, and community organisations.

We also offer an introductory price of just 2 cents per credit on your first purchase. Because SMS credits never expire, many organisations choose to take advantage of this by purchasing several months, or even years, worth of messages at this discounted rate. This is one of the easiest ways to achieve extremely low SMS pricing without any ongoing commitments.

For customers sending very high volumes of SMS, above the volumes shown on our pricing page, we may be able to offer a custom rate. If that applies to you, please get in touch with our team and we can discuss your expected volumes.
