Yes. Mobile Message backs its platform with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We guarantee that, in any calendar month, at least one of our SMS gateways will be available for you to connect to and send messages at least 99.9% of the time.
What the guarantee covers
The SLA is about gateway availability — your ability to reach us and submit a message. We measure it over each calendar month against our 99.9% commitment.
It is not a guarantee that every message reaches a handset, because final delivery depends on mobile carriers and other factors outside our control. For more on how this works, see how SMS messages are delivered.
