Do you support WhatsApp messaging?
No. Mobile Message does not support WhatsApp messaging.
WhatsApp business messaging for marketing is very expensive — around 15 cents per message. You also need pre-approval of your business and every message template you want to send, which causes delays of many days.
Due to the cost and approvals needed, we have no plans to support WhatsApp messaging. If you need two-way conversations with customers, see Two-way SMS basics instead.
