SMS credits are used to send messages in Mobile Message. Buying credits is quick and flexible, with no expiry and no maximum purchase limit.

How to buy credits

To buy SMS credits:

  1. Log in to your Mobile Message account

  2. Click Add Credits at the top of the screen

  3. Choose one of the preset credit amounts, or enter the exact number of credits you want to purchase

  4. Enter your payment details

  5. Complete the payment

Credits are applied to your account once payment is successful.

Minimum and maximum purchase amounts

  • The minimum credit purchase is 500 credits

  • There is no maximum limit on how many credits you can purchase

You can buy credits as often as you like and choose different amounts each time.

Pricing and discounts

Discounts are applied automatically. You can view our pricing details here.

The price per credit is based on:

  • Your first purchase (introductory pricing), or

  • The number of credits you are purchasing in a single transaction

You do not need to enter a promo code or manually select a discount. The system always applies the best available rate for your purchase.

Many businesses choose to buy more credits in one transaction to access lower per-SMS pricing.

Payment processing

Most payments are processed instantly, and credits are added to your account immediately.

In rare cases, a payment may be held for manual review. If this happens:

  • You will receive an email immediately

  • No action is required from you

  • Our team will review the payment

  • Credits will be applied as soon as the review is complete

Payment methods

Credit card

Credit card payments are available for all credit purchases and are processed instantly in most cases.

Bank transfer (manual invoice)

Bank transfer payments are available for purchases of 10,000 credits or more.

To pay by bank transfer:

  • Email [email protected] and request an invoice

  • Our team will issue an invoice with payment details

Please note that bank transfer payments are a slower process. Credits will only be applied to your account once payment has been received and confirmed.
