Refunds for unused credits
Refunds are available for unused SMS credits that were purchased within the last 6 months.
To request a refund:

Include your account details so we can locate your account quickly
Refunds are processed back to the credit card most recently used to make a payment on your account.
Once approved, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement due to bank processing times.
Only unused credits are eligible for a refund. Credits that have already been used to send messages cannot be refunded.
Closing your account
If you would like to close your Mobile Message account, please email:
Include your account details and let us know you would like the account closed. Our team will take care of the rest.
