Can I open multiple accounts?

Yes, but only when there is a genuine need.

To prevent abuse of our introductory offers, we generally limit accounts to one per business. In most cases, a single account is all that’s required.

There are situations where an additional account makes sense. For example, some customers operate multiple businesses and prefer to keep each business in its own separate account.

Marketing and transactional sends can now be managed within a single account. If you need to send transactional messages (such as order confirmations or OTPs) to numbers that have opted out of marketing, you can use the unsubscribe bypass feature rather than maintaining separate accounts.
