Do you support RCS messages?
No. Mobile Message does not currently support RCS messaging.
RCS is still a very new technology, and support in Australia is limited. Not all Australian mobile carriers support RCS, and device support is inconsistent. This makes it unreliable for business messaging, where consistent delivery and broad coverage are essential.
For these reasons, we do not plan to support RCS until coverage and compatibility in Australia improve significantly.
