How does login verification (2FA) work?

Login verification adds an extra layer of security to your Mobile Message account by requiring a one-time code when you sign in.

When the main account is created, SMS verification is required using an Australian mobile number. Each time you log in, a verification code is sent to that number and must be entered to complete the sign-in process.

You can also add additional users to your account under Settings > Manage Users. Each additional user has their own login and their own verification method. The verification code is sent directly to that userโ€™s own mobile number (via SMS) or to their own email address, depending on how their access is set up. This allows you to safely give access to staff, contractors, or partners, including people based outside Australia, without sharing login details.

There is no limit on the number of additional users you can add, and there is no extra cost for this. Each user signs in independently, helping keep your account secure and easy to manage.
