Performance

The Performance page gives you an overview of your messaging performance and detailed delivery stats for each bulk send.

Accessing Performance

Click Performance in the main menu. The page shows stats for the last 30 days by default — use the date range picker to change the period.

Summary Stats

At the top of the page, four cards show your overall performance for the selected date range:

  • Messages Sent — total outbound messages (excludes replies, unsubscribes, and cancelled messages)
  • Delivery Rate — percentage of sent messages that were confirmed delivered
  • Reply Rate — percentage of sent messages that received a reply
  • Unsubscribe Rate — percentage of sent messages that resulted in an unsubscribe

These stats cover all messages on your account, including single-recipient messages.

Bulk Send History

Below the stats, the Bulk Send History table shows all your multi-recipient sends (messages sent to 2 or more recipients at once) with per-send stats:

  • Message — a preview of the message content (click to view full details)
  • Sender — the sender ID used
  • Recipients — total number of recipients in the send
  • Delivered — how many messages were confirmed delivered
  • Failed — how many messages failed to deliver
  • Delivery % — delivery rate for this specific send
  • Replies — how many recipients replied to the message
  • Unsubs — how many recipients unsubscribed after receiving the message
  • Cost — total credits used
  • Date — when the send was created

You can search by message content or sender, and sort by any column.

Bulk send tracking is available from 31 March 2026 onwards.

Viewing a specific send

Click on any send in the table to see the full details, including:

  • Four stat cards showing delivery rate, failed count, reply rate, and unsubscribe rate for that send
  • A summary with message preview, sender, date, cost, and status
  • A searchable list of every individual message in the send, showing recipient, full message content, delivery status, and cost

Use the search box to find a specific recipient by phone number or name.

Date range

Use the date range picker to filter both the summary stats and the sends table. Presets include Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and All Time.

Exporting message data

The Performance page is for viewing stats and does not include an export option. If you need to export your message data (for example, to download a list of failed numbers or delivery details), go to History in the main menu. From there you can filter by status and date range, then export to CSV or Excel. See Viewing and exporting message history for details.

Note on delivery stats

Delivery stats for recent sends may take a few minutes to update as delivery receipts are processed. Stats for sends older than 8 days are final.
